# CoachSpark AI Partner Kit: Brand Usage Rules

These rules apply to every place a partner writes or says the CoachSpark name: emails, posts, videos, webinars, slides, proposals, and conversations that get quoted. They exist so that every partner describes the same product the same way, and so that no partner makes a promise the product has not earned yet.

---

## 1. The name

- First mention in any piece: **CoachSpark AI**. After that: **CoachSpark**.
- One word, capital C, capital S. Never "Coachspark," "Coach Spark," "COACHSPARK," or "CoachSparkAI." ("coachsparkai.com" is the web address only; it is not how the name is written in prose.)
- Product terms, written exactly this way: Sell-To Brief, BrainSpark recap, "fix it now" block, Live Coach, Coach, Team, Founding 15, CoachSpark Partner, CoachSpark Founding Partner.
- The parent line, when needed: "CoachSpark AI, powered by SalesSpark AI, an HC Development product."

## 2. Colors and the wordmark

- Navy: #0f1f38. Used for headers, headlines, and the dark ground.
- Orange: #f68121. Used for the "Spark" in the wordmark, buttons, and one accent per surface. Not for body text.
- White: #ffffff. Body ground.
- Wordmark: "Coach" in white (on navy) or navy (on white), "Spark" in orange, then " AI" in the same color as "Coach." Bold weight. Do not recolor it, outline it, add a gradient, or set it in another typeface.
- Body type: Inter, or your document's default sans-serif. Do not set the wordmark in a script or display face.

## 3. What partners may say

- What the product does: researches the contact and writes a Sell-To Brief before the call; shows short, paced coaching tips on the rep's screen during the call that follow the chosen methodology; emails a BrainSpark recap after the call with scores, what worked, what to fix, and a "fix it now" block.
- The built-in methodologies by name (Sandler, SPIN, Challenger, Cardone, Belfort, Pre-suasion, HCD Method) and that a partner's own playbook can be pasted in as text.
- Published prices: Coach $149, Live Coach $249, Team $349 per seat per month (Team is a three-seat minimum). The Founding 15 rate of $99 per seat per month on Live Coach, while the window is open, with its terms: rate held 6 months, up to 2 seats per company, card on file day one, 14-day money-back, closes when 15 companies fill or on December 15, 2026.
- The trial terms: 14 days with card on file on Coach and Live Coach, cancel anytime, and a 14-day money-back promise.
- That contacts import from a CSV on every plan and from HubSpot on Live Coach and Team.
- Your own relationship: "CoachSpark Partner" or "CoachSpark Founding Partner."

## 4. What partners may not say

- **No outcome claims.** No win rates, close rates, revenue lifts, percentages, "reps close more," "customers report," or "teams are seeing." There are no customers yet, so there are no results. When there are, CoachSpark will publish them and you may quote what is published, with attribution.
- **No testimonials.** Do not quote a client on CoachSpark, real or paraphrased, and do not invent one.
- **No "guarantee."** Not the word, not the idea. The product carries two promises you may state: the 14-day money-back promise and published pricing. Call them promises or commitments.
- **No title inflation.** You are a "CoachSpark Partner." Not "official partner," "certified," "authorized," "preferred," "endorsed by," or "in partnership with CoachSpark AI" as if it were a joint venture.
- **No pricing below list.** Quote list prices. Resellers set their own client invoice but never advertise below list. Do not announce discounts that are not in the program (the founding rate while open, and the partner code's 20% off the first 3 months after the window closes, are the only ones).
- **No trademark bidding.** Do not bid on "CoachSpark," "CoachSpark AI," "SalesSpark," "BrainSpark," or misspellings of them in paid search or social ads. Do not register domains, social handles, or page names that contain the name.
- **No feature promises.** Do not promise integrations, plans, or features that are not on coachsparkai.com today. "There is no Salesforce connection yet" is the right answer to a Salesforce question.
- **No security specifics you have not been given in writing.** Say that each customer has an isolated workspace and that recaps go to the rep. Ask CoachSpark for a written security summary before answering anything more specific.

## 5. Disclosure

Wherever you recommend CoachSpark publicly, the FTC requires that you disclose the commission relationship, and the program requires it too.

- The line, used exactly: **"I am a CoachSpark partner and earn a referral fee."**
- Where: at the end of every post, in the description of every video, on the slide where CoachSpark is introduced in any webinar or talk, and in every newsletter mention. The disclosure must be in the same piece as the recommendation, not in a comment, a bio, or a separate page.
- In a one-to-one email to a client, the disclosure is not legally required, but the introduction email in this kit carries a transparency line anyway. Keep it.
- Resellers disclose that they bill for CoachSpark as part of their own engagement.

## 6. Approved boilerplate

Use one of these two descriptions when a piece needs a standard one. Do not edit them.

**25 words:**

CoachSpark AI is a live AI sales coach. It briefs reps before a call, coaches them on screen during it, and scores the call afterward.

**60 words:**

CoachSpark AI is a live AI sales coach for phone and video calls. Before a call it researches the contact and writes a Sell-To Brief. During the call it shows coaching tips on the rep's screen, following the team's chosen methodology. After the call it emails a recap with scores, what to fix, and the exact words to use next.

## 7. If you are not sure

Send the draft to partners@coachsparkai.com before it goes out. A same-day read on one paragraph is cheaper for everyone than a correction after it is public.
