# CoachSpark AI Partner Kit: 10-Minute Demo Script

A walkthrough a CoachSpark Partner runs for one client, live, in ten minutes. It shows the product doing its three jobs (brief before, tips during, recap after) on the client's own contact, and it closes on the trial and your partner link.

Everything you say about the product below is a description of what it does. Do not add results or projections.

## Prep, the day before (15 minutes)

1. Get one contact name and company from the client's pipeline. Ask for it when you book the walkthrough (email template (c) does this).
2. In your demo seat, confirm your seller profile is set. If you are demonstrating for this client, paste the client's website into a seller profile so the brief maps the client's offer, not yours. (Live Coach and Team support one seller profile per workspace, Team up to five. If your demo seat already holds another profile, use it and say so.)
3. Set the methodology for the session: pick one of the built-in methods (Sandler, SPIN, Challenger, Cardone, Belfort, Pre-suasion, HCD Method) or paste your own playbook in as text. Use the method you teach this client.
4. Import the client's contact plus one more (a CSV with two rows is enough). Research runs in the background and the Sell-To Brief is ready within a few minutes. Open it once to confirm it exists.
5. Run a two-minute mock call on your own the day before, then end the session. The BrainSpark recap emails a few minutes later. Keep that recap open in a tab for the demo, because the recap from the live mock call will not arrive inside your ten minutes.
6. Line up a buyer for the mock call: a colleague on the call who plays the client's contact, or you play both sides. Give them three lines to deliver: an objection, a buying signal ("what would this cost?"), and a stall ("send me something and I will get back to you").
7. Have three tabs open: the contact list, the brief, and last night's recap. Close everything else.

## The script

### 0:00 to 1:00, Frame the ten minutes

Say: "Here is how I want to use the ten minutes. I am going to show you the three things CoachSpark does for a rep: what they see before a call, what they see during it, and what lands in their inbox after. I will do it on NAME at COMPANY, the contact you sent me. At the end I will tell you exactly how a rep starts and what it costs, and you tell me whether you want your team on it. Fair?"

Wait for the yes. Then: "One more thing before we start: I am a CoachSpark partner and earn a referral fee when a client signs up through my link. I recommend it because it puts our method on the calls I cannot sit in on."

### 1:00 to 2:30, Setup: seller profile and the playbook

Show the seller profile. Say: "This is the part most tools skip. CoachSpark starts by learning what you sell. You paste your website, and it builds a profile of your services, pricing, and proof points. Every tip on a call maps your offer to this buyer, not generic sales advice."

Show the methodology picker. Say: "And this is where our work goes in. These are the built-in methods. This one is ours." Open your pasted playbook, or point at the method you teach. "The coach follows this on the call, and the recap scores against it. Load it once, and it is on every call every rep takes."

### 2:30 to 3:30, Import two contacts

Show the import. Say: "Contacts come in from a CSV or from HubSpot. Here is a two-row import." Run it. "Research starts on each one now: the company, the role, the likely pains. It takes a few minutes, so I did NAME yesterday. Here is the result."

### 3:30 to 5:00, The Sell-To Brief

Open the brief for the client's contact. Walk it top to bottom, out loud, in this order:

- Company summary. "This is what it found on COMPANY."
- Buyer context. "This is what NAME is dealing with in their role."
- Likely pains. "These are the pains it expects to be live for this buyer."
- Objections to expect. "These are the objections it thinks you will hear."
- Discovery questions. "These are in our sequence."
- Opener. "And this is how it suggests the rep opens."

Say: "A rep reads this in two minutes before the call. On Live Coach it also arrives by email before the call. You tell me: is this a better two minutes than what your reps do now before they dial?"

Let them answer. Do not argue with the answer.

### 5:00 to 8:00, The mock call, three minutes, live tips

Start a session on the client's contact with the method selected. Say: "I am going to take a three-minute call with NAME. Watch the right side of the screen. A tip shows up when there is something to do."

Run the call. Your buyer delivers the three lines you gave them. As each tip arrives, read it out loud, then do what it says:

- When you go 90 seconds without framing the call, the coach says so. Read it. Frame the call.
- When the buyer objects, a tip gives words. Read it. Use them.
- When the buyer asks what it costs, the coach flags the buying signal: stop presenting, ask what fixing this is worth, then ask for the next step. Do it.
- When the buyer stalls with "send me something," the coach pushes for a date and time. Get one.

End the session. Say: "Three tips in three minutes. It is quiet on purpose; a rep who gets a tip every twenty seconds stops reading. And the rep decides. Nothing was said on that call that I did not choose to say."

### 8:00 to 9:00, The recap and the fix-now block

Open last night's recap. Say: "The recap from the call we just did will land in my inbox in a few minutes. This is one from yesterday, same format."

Show, in order: the scores against the method; what worked, with the evidence quotes; what to fix; then the "fix it now" block. Say: "This is the part I use. One action for the next call, and the exact words. When your reps forward me these, our next session starts from what actually happened, not from what anyone remembers."

### 9:00 to 10:00, The close

Say these words:

"Here is how this starts. A rep signs up through my link, coachsparkai.com/partners/r/CODE, on Live Coach at $249 per seat per month. The trial is 14 days with your card on file, cancel anytime, and there is a 14-day money-back promise. I send your admin our playbook text, and it is the default before the reps open it. Contacts come in from your CSV or HubSpot, and the reps take real calls the first week."

If the founding cohort is open, add: "While the founding cohort is open, the same link gets you Live Coach at $99 per seat per month, up to 2 seats, and the rate holds for 6 months. There is no trial on founding seats; the first month bills at signup, with the same 14-day money-back promise."

Then the ask: "Can we set a time next week to meet with your reps, so I can show them exactly how the brief and the tips work on their first real call? Which day works for the team?"

Get the day. Send email template (d) within the hour, with the link.

## If something goes wrong during the demo

- The brief is not ready: use last night's brief for the second contact, and say the client's contact is still researching. Never wait on screen.
- No tip arrives in the first minute of the mock call: keep talking without framing the call; the coach flags an unframed call at 90 seconds. Give the buyer the objection line if it is still quiet.
- The recap has not emailed: it is why you keep yesterday's open. Say so.
- The client asks about results: "It is new. There are no published customer results, and I will not make any up. Run the trial on real calls and decide from your own recaps."
