# CoachSpark AI Partner Kit: Email Templates

Five plain-text emails a CoachSpark Partner sends to their own clients. Copy the text inside each block, replace the CAPITALIZED placeholders, and send from your own address.

How these are built, and why:

- Plain text. No images, no HTML, no signature banners. These read as a note from you, not a campaign.
- The greeting line "Hi NAME," is followed immediately by the first body line. No blank line after the greeting.
- Two spaces after every period.
- One warm opening line that is true about this client, one warm closing line. Replace the sample opening line with something real.
- Every claim about what CoachSpark does is a description of the product, not a result. There are no customer results to cite yet, so do not add any.
- Pricing is quoted at list: Coach $149, Live Coach $249, Team $349 per seat per month. The Founding 15 rate is $99 per seat per month on Live Coach while the cohort is open.
- Your referral link is coachsparkai.com/partners/r/CODE. Replace CODE with your partner code.

## (a) Introduction: CoachSpark is a tool I now recommend

When to send: once, to every client you plan to register. Register the deal (client domain plus contact) at coachsparkai.com/partners/dashboard before you send this.

```
Subject: A live coach on every call, following our playbook
Hi NAME,
Thank you for the session on DAY.  The team came prepared, and the objection work showed.  I have started recommending a tool to my clients called CoachSpark AI.  Here is what it is and what it costs.
CoachSpark is a live AI sales coach.  Before a call it researches the contact and writes a brief: likely pains, the objections to expect, discovery questions, and an opener.  During the call it puts short coaching tips on the rep's screen: what to ask, what to say, when to move to the next step.  After the call it emails a recap with scores, what to fix, and the exact words to use next time.
The part that matters for our work: the coach follows the method we practice together.  Our playbook is loaded once, and every call your reps take is coached to it.  The recaps show which parts of the method each rep is using and where they need help, so our sessions start from real calls instead of memory.
Transparency: I am a CoachSpark partner and earn a referral fee when a client signs up through my link.  I recommend it because it puts our method on the calls I cannot sit in on.
Live Coach, the plan I recommend, is $249 per seat per month, published at coachsparkai.com/pricing, with a 14-day trial (card on file, cancel anytime) and a 14-day money-back promise.
Next week I will send two times for a 20-minute walkthrough, so you can see exactly what your reps would see on their screen during a live call.  If you want it sooner, reply and I will send times today.
Thank you again for the trust you put in this work.
## (b) Your playbook is now the default
When to send: after your methodology is set as the default in the client's workspace.  Either you set it (if the client gave you a seat or admin access) or their admin pasted the playbook text you sent.  Replace the SEQUENCE placeholders with the actual steps of your method.
```
Subject: Our playbook is now the default on your team's calls

Hi NAME,
Thank you for sending the objection list on Tuesday; it made this step easier. Our playbook is now loaded in CoachSpark as the default method for every seat on your team.
What changed for your reps:
Before each call, the brief on the contact is ready, and the opener and discovery questions the coach suggests come from our method.
During the call, the tips follow our sequence: SEQUENCE STEP 1, SEQUENCE STEP 2, SEQUENCE STEP 3, and the ask for the next step.
After the call, the recap scores the call against our method and names the one thing to fix.
Nothing changes in how they take calls. They open CoachSpark, start the session, and the coach follows what we practice.
Two things this week. First, have each rep run one real call with it, not a practice call. Second, forward me the recap from that call. I will read them before our next session, and we will start from what actually happened.
Thank you for letting me put the method where it matters most: on the calls.

## (c) Invitation to a 20-minute walkthrough

When to send: the week after (a), or on its own to a client who has not seen CoachSpark yet. Offer two specific times.

```
Subject: 20 minutes to see what your reps will see on a live call
Hi NAME,
Congratulations on the new hire; that is good news for the pipeline.  Can we set a time to meet so I can show you exactly how our playbook shows up on a rep's screen during a live call?
Here is what the 20-minute walkthrough covers:
The brief a rep gets before the call, built from real research on one of your contacts.
A three-minute mock call where you watch the tips arrive in real time.
The recap that lands in the inbox afterward, with the score and the one fix.
Send me one contact name and company from your pipeline before we meet, and I will have the brief ready when we start.
Which of these works: DAY at TIME, or DAY at TIME?  Reply with one and I will send the invite.
Looking forward to showing you this.
## (d) Next step after the walkthrough, with your referral link
When to send: the same day as the walkthrough.  COMPANY is the contact's company you used for the brief in the demo.
```
Subject: Your CoachSpark link and the two steps to start

Hi NAME,
Thank you for the time today, and for bringing a real contact; the brief on COMPANY made the walkthrough concrete. Here is your link to start: coachsparkai.com/partners/r/CODE
Two steps from here:
Start Live Coach at $249 per seat per month. The trial is 14 days with your card on file, cancel anytime, and there is a 14-day money-back promise.
Send me the names and emails of the reps you want on it. I will send your admin the playbook text and the steps to set it as the default (it is one paste), so it is in place before the reps open it.
If you would rather start inside the Founding 15, the same link gets you Live Coach at $99 per seat per month, up to 2 seats, rate held for 6 months, while the cohort is open. There is no trial on founding seats; the first month bills at signup, with the same 14-day money-back promise.
Let's set the team's first real calls for next week. Which day works for the reps?
Thank you again. This is the part of our work I could not see before.

## (e) To the reps, the week they start

When to send: to each rep individually, the Monday of their first week on CoachSpark. Send it from you, not the manager; the point is that their coach is on the call with them.

```
Subject: Your coach is on the call with you this week
Hi NAME,
Welcome to CoachSpark.  Your manager set this up so the method we work on in our sessions is with you on every call, not only in the training room.
Here is how your first week goes:
Before a call, open the contact and read the brief.  It has the likely pains, the objections to expect, and the opener.  Two minutes, once.
On the call, keep CoachSpark open on the side of your screen.  Tips arrive a few times, not constantly.  Read them, use what fits, ignore what does not.  You are still the seller.
After the call, read the recap when it lands in your inbox.  Go straight to the "fix it now" block.  It is one action and the exact words.  Use them on your next call.
One ask: run it on real calls this week, not practice calls.  The brief and the recap only get useful with a real buyer on the line.
The recaps are yours.  Forward me the ones you want to work on, and our next session starts from your calls instead of a slide.  Good selling this week.
## Before you send any of these
- Replace every CAPITALIZED placeholder.  Search for "NAME", "DAY", "TIME", "COMPANY", "CODE", and "SEQUENCE".
- Read the opening line out loud.  If it is not true about this client, change it.
- Do not add results, percentages, or "other clients are seeing" lines.  There are none to cite.
- Do not change the transparency line in (a).  When you recommend CoachSpark publicly (posts, videos, webinars, newsletters), the disclosure is required in every piece: "I am a CoachSpark partner and earn a referral fee."
