# CoachSpark AI Partner Kit: FAQ and Client Objections

Part 1 answers the questions partners ask about the program. Part 2 gives you a response for the ten objections clients raise most often. Every product statement here describes what CoachSpark does. There are no customer results to cite yet, so none appear, and none should be added.

## Part 1: Partner FAQ

### 1. What is CoachSpark AI, in one sentence?

CoachSpark AI is a live AI sales coach: before a call it researches the contact and writes a Sell-To Brief, during the call it shows short coaching tips on the rep's screen that follow the chosen sales methodology, and after the call it emails a BrainSpark recap with scores, what to fix, and a "fix it now" block with the one action and the exact words.

### 2. Who is the right client for it?

A B2B team that sells by phone or video, has a method it is trying to get reps to apply, and has a trainer or leader who reads the recaps. Teams from one seat up. The Team plan starts at three seats. Contacts come in from a CSV on every plan or from HubSpot on Live Coach and Team.

### 3. Which track should I choose?

- Affiliate: you refer, CoachSpark bills the client, you earn 25% of collected revenue for 12 months. Right for most trainers and fractional leaders.
- Reseller: you buy at 30% off list, you bill the client, five-seat minimum across your clients. Right if you bundle CoachSpark into your own engagement and want to own the invoice. Opens after the founding window closes.
- Founding Partner: inside the Founding 15 window, limited to five firms. You get one complimentary seat, your clients enter the cohort at $99 per seat per month, and you earn affiliate commission with the founding floor.

### 4. How is commission calculated, and when am I paid?

25% of collected revenue, after discounts and before tax, for 12 months counted from the client's first paid invoice. Each commission is held 30 days (this covers the 14-day money-back promise and dispute lag), then becomes payable. Payouts issue monthly, net 30 after month end, once your balance reaches $50. If a client stops working with you but keeps CoachSpark, your commission continues for the full 12 months.

### 5. What is the founding floor, and why does it exist?

On founding-rate deals ($99 per seat per month), 25% is $24.75 per seat. The program sets a floor of $30 per seat per month so a founding referral is worth your time. Example: a client with 2 founding seats pays $198 a month. 25% would be $49.50; the floor is $60; you receive $60.

### 6. What is deal registration?

Before CoachSpark has any contact with a client, you register their domain and your contact there in the partner dashboard. That deal is protected for 90 days: if the client buys through the public site during that window, you are still paid. Register every client you plan to introduce, before you send the introduction email.

### 7. How does the referral link work?

Your link is coachsparkai.com/partners/r/CODE, where CODE is your partner code (4 to 12 letters, digits, or hyphens). A visitor who arrives through it is attributed to you for 90 days. Deal registration covers the case where the client types the site address directly.

### 8. What is the partner code discount, and when does it apply?

After the founding window closes, your partner code gives a new client 20% off list for their first 3 months. Your commission is calculated on what they actually pay. During the founding window there is no separate discount: the founding rate is the offer, and it is the same whether the client comes direct or through you.

### 9. Can I load my own methodology?

Yes. CoachSpark ships with Sandler, SPIN, Challenger, Cardone, Belfort, Pre-suasion, and the HCD Method built in. You can also paste your own playbook in as text. The coach follows the selected method on the call, and the recap scores the call against it. Methodology playbooks are a Live Coach and Team feature; the Coach plan gets post-call review only.

### 10. Do I get a seat to demo with?

Founding Partners receive one complimentary seat. Other partners receive a comp code for a demo seat during onboarding so you can run walkthroughs and internal mock calls. If your code has not arrived within two days of accepting the terms, write to us.

### 11. What happens when the founding window closes?

The cohort closes when 15 companies fill or on December 15, 2026, whichever comes first, and it is not extended. Founding members keep the $99 rate for 6 months from their own start date, then move to the Live Coach list price. After the close, the Reseller track opens and the partner code discount (20% off the first 3 months) starts.

### 12. What can I say publicly, and what must I disclose?

Describe what the product does. Do not state or imply results, do not use the word "guarantee," and do not call yourself anything beyond "CoachSpark Partner" (or "CoachSpark Founding Partner"). Every public recommendation, in a post, video, webinar, newsletter, or podcast, carries the line "I am a CoachSpark partner and earn a referral fee." The full rules are in Brand-Usage-Rules.md.

## Part 2: Client objections and suggested responses

Each entry gives the objection, what is usually behind it, and words you can use. Adapt the words to your voice. Do not add results.

### 1. "Does this replace my trainer?"

Behind it: the client is asking whether they still need you.

Say: "No. It carries what we work on into the calls I am not on. I still decide what the method is, I read the recaps, and I run our sessions. CoachSpark makes sure the method is on the call and shows both of us whether it was applied."

Do not say: anything that positions the software as the coach. You are the coach. The software is where the method lives between sessions.

### 2. "Reps will not look at the screen."

Behind it: they have seen tools that flood the screen and get ignored.

Say: "That is the reason the tips are paced. A rep gets a few per call, not a stream, and only when there is something to do. If a rep never glances mid-call, the brief before the call and the recap afterward still work; the recap lands in their inbox with the one fix and the exact words. In the first week I ask reps to run it on real calls and tell me what they used."

### 3. "We already use Gong."

Behind it: they do not want a second call-recording tool.

Say: "Keep Gong. Gong tells you what happened across all your calls after the fact. CoachSpark is on the call while it is still happening, following our method, and it briefs the rep before the call. They do different jobs. If you only want one, CoachSpark is the one that coaches during the call."

Do not compare features you cannot verify, and do not claim one produces better results than the other.

### 4. "Our calls are in person."

Behind it: they picture a field team with no screen in front of them.

Say: "CoachSpark is built for phone and video calls, where the rep has a screen. For an in-person team, the Sell-To Brief still prepares every visit, and the phone and video calls that set up and advance those visits get coached live. If most of your selling happens in a room with no laptop open, tell me, and we look at whether the brief and the recap alone are worth it for you."

Do not promise that live tips work in a room. Position it honestly.

### 5. "What about data privacy?"

Behind it: call recordings and contact lists are sensitive.

Say: "Each customer has its own isolated workspace. Your contacts, briefs, transcripts, and recaps are visible only to the seats in your workspace. Recaps email to the rep. I do not see anything unless a rep forwards it to me or you give me a seat. If your security team wants a written summary, I will get it from CoachSpark before you sign anything."

Do not name certifications or make claims about model training or data handling that you have not been given in writing.

### 6. "The price."

Behind it: $249 per seat per month is more than they expected for software.

Say: "The price is published: Coach at $149, Live Coach at $249, Team at $349 per seat per month, billed monthly, cancel anytime. It starts with a 14-day trial, and there is a 14-day money-back promise. While the founding cohort is open, Live Coach is $99 per seat per month for 6 months, up to 2 seats. Run the trial on real calls and decide from the recaps."

Do not discount, do not say "guarantee," and do not project a return. The trial is the answer to the price question.

### 7. "We use Salesforce, not HubSpot."

Behind it: they assume no HubSpot means no contacts.

Say: "Contacts import from a CSV on every plan. Export a report from Salesforce with name, company, title, and email, and import it. HubSpot is the native connection today. There is no Salesforce connection yet, and I will not promise one."

### 8. "Why does the trial need a card?"

Behind it: they expect a no-card trial.

Say: "Your card is on file, and you can cancel any time during the 14 days from inside the app; if you cancel during the trial you are not billed. After the trial there is a 14-day money-back promise. The card is there so your workspace, seats, and briefs carry straight through if you keep it, with nothing to set up twice."

### 9. "What if it says the wrong thing?"

Behind it: they picture a rep reading a bad tip to a buyer.

Say: "It can be wrong, and the rep is in charge. A tip is a suggestion on the side of the screen, not a script. The tips are grounded in three things: your own offer (from your seller profile), the research brief on this buyer, and the method we loaded. After the call, the recap shows what was said and how it scored, so a bad tip is visible. If the method text is producing a tip we do not like, I change the text."

### 10. "How is this different from a checklist?"

Behind it: they think of it as a static reminder card.

Say: "A checklist does not know who is on the call or what they just said. CoachSpark reads the live conversation, knows the buyer from the brief, and times the tip to the moment: when the buyer objects, when there is a buying signal, when the call is ending without a next step. Then it scores whether the method was applied. A checklist cannot tell you that."
